LSC Regatta took place on Sunday 11th, with silly games in the morining, and a try a boat in the afternoon, in light winds, whjcih gave everyone a chance to try any boat, followed by the barbecue.

The Welsh Topper Area Championships took place on the 12th & 13th June . Results here.

The Welsh Vareo Championship took place on the 22nd May, results here.

The Cooke & Arkwright Asymmetric Open 2010 took place at Llandegfedd on the 24th & 25th April, results here.

Presidents Weekend Sept 19th 20th. News and Results

 

 

Welcome to Llandegfedd Sailing Club

The 2010 season kicked off on March 7th, racing programme available here.

Three open events are planned starting with the Asymmetrical and Canoe event in April, the RS Vareo Open in May and the Presidents Weekend in September. The popular club Regatta will take place in July. On the youth front, Llandegfedd hosts the CYRC in June, and the Topper Welsh Championship, on the 12th & 13th June. With hopefully a fleet of close to 100 boats participating.

Wednesday night racing started in an icy gale on the 31st March

Llandegfedd Sailing Club has become one of the Premier Asymmetric racing clubs in the country, home to the Worlds largest RS Vareo and International Canoe fleets. competitive Club and Open racing can be found throughout the season. LLSC also boasts a healthy non asymmetrical fleet which currently includes Solos, Lasers, Supernovas and Toppers.

2008 again saw GBR rule the waves at the Beijing Olympics and hopefully Llandegfedd Sailing Club will play its small part in the development of future Olympic sailing stars helping to introduce youngsters to our sport and develop them to fulfil their potential.
